This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans offered by Ninoska Padron, doing business as EQUO, at https://myequo.space. EQUO is a digital SaaS product, and as such, specific refund limitations apply as described below.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by following these steps:

  2. Navigate to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  3. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps

No phone call, email, or special request is required. Cancellation is fully self-service.

4.1 General Rule — No Refunds for Digital Products

Because EQUO is a digital software product delivered instantly upon subscription, we generally do not offer refunds once a billing period has begun. This is consistent with standard practices for SaaS platforms and the FTC's guidelines on digital goods.

No Partial Refunds Charges are non-refundable for any portion of a billing period already used, including the current period at the time of cancellation.

4.2 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — New Subscribers Only

✅ 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee As a new subscriber, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

4.3 Renewal Charges

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. If you forget to cancel before your renewal date, we will not issue a refund for the renewal charge. We recommend setting a personal reminder before your renewal date.

4.4 Annual Plans

If you purchased an annual plan, the 7-day satisfaction guarantee applies from the date of the initial purchase. After 7 days, the annual fee is non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
