You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access free trials more than once, or for any fraudulent purpose.

6.1 Subscription Plans

EQUO is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, features, and billing cycles for each plan are described at https://myequo.space.

6.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card information. By providing payment details, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and authorize recurring charges for your selected plan.

6.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

6.4 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities in your jurisdiction.

7 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it at myequo.space/refunds.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, features, designs, logos, and software on EQUO are the exclusive property of Ninoska Padron and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for your business purposes during the term of your subscription.

9 Third-Party Integrations

EQUO may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Stripe, inventory APIs). We are not responsible for the terms, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10 Disclaimer of Warranties

Important Notice THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11 Limitation of Liability

Liability Cap TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NINOSKA PADRON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12 Right of Admission and Account Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

14 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of EQUO after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
